BTS™Stainless Steel Handbrake Material Rated Winch – 140kg Capacity

The BTS™ Material Winch is a compact and durable stainless steel handbrake winch engineered for safe and efficient material handling. Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with an ergonomic rubber handle, it is designed for low-effort operation while maintaining maximum safety and reliability on site.

Supplied complete with an 18m x 6mm 7x19 H.D.G Grade G2070 Wire Rope and a powder-coated self-locking hook, the winch is built for long service life even in harsh environments. Its fully enclosed gear train, automatic Weston brake, and double pawl safety feature ensure consistent, dependable performance.

This winch is compatible with BTS™ Pro-3 davits and can be integrated into modular lifting systems by combining davits, bases, brackets, and accessories to meet specific application requirements.

Manufactured and tested to AS/NZS5532:2013, with compliance to AS1418.2 and BS EN 13157:2004+A1:2009 (when correctly fitted with approved rope and fittings).
