Faulty Goods

If you receive goods with a manufacturing fault:

• Call our customer care team on 1300 554 192

• We will explain the manufacturer’s warranty terms

• If your claim is approved, we will arrange pickup of the faulty goods

Depending on the issue, we will organise one of the following:

• Repair

• Exchange

• Refund

Change of Mind or Replacement Requests

If you want to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase:

• A 15% restocking fee applies

• Call 1300 554 192 to request a returns authority form

• Complete the form before sending goods back

Return conditions:

• Items must be in original packaging

• Goods must be unused and in a re sellable condition

• Refunds are issued less freight costs and the restocking fee

Items that cannot be returned:

• Custom ordered items

• Custom signage

• Branded items

• Embroidered clothing
