BTS™ Flat Bed Truck Trailer Edge Protection System (TEPS)

The BTS™ Flat Bed Trailer Edge Protection System (TEPS) is engineered for safety and versatility. It is designed to fit and securely lock between a wide range of truck trailer combs and tie-down rails. The innovative design allows for vertical movement of the trailer during loading and unloading, maintaining consistent protection without compromising stability.

TEPS is now available in two sizes:

• 3.0m (L) x 2.5m (H), approx. 38kg

• 1.5m (L) x 2.5m (H), approx. 22kg

Both models are lightweight enough to be handled by two operators. They can be positioned next to the trailer or easily wheeled into place over smooth surfaces such as warehouse floors. Once in position, the units lock securely to the truck or trailer for reliable fall protection.

When not in use, the systems are nestable, allowing for compact storage and efficient use of floor or yard space.

Optional Accessory: Adjustable Clamping Brace

An Adjustable Clamping Brace is available for the 3.0m barrier. This accessory is ideal for applications where the standard locking arms need to be repositioned—such as when closer spacing is required—offering greater flexibility in setup.
